Pregnostics and TapTools at Venture 2015

The Pioneer Fellows (Dr. Sabrina Badir, Clara Beck and Tom Reuter) at our institute took both first and second place in the competition for the best business ideas at Venture 2015.

First-place winner Pregnostics has developed a novel technique that determines the risk of premature births more accurately than conventional ultrasound techniques.  Tap Tools, came in second with their non-invasive system for quickly checking the quality of materials.

The ETH’s pioneer fellowship programme is supporting young scientists on developing innovative business ideas.
